Safety reports

For an active share, use its Report abuse link so the report is associated with the correct non-secret share ID and enters the audited safety queue. If the page is unavailable, email support with any share ID or report ID you already have. Do not send illegal media as an attachment and do not include bearer links unless necessary for review.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. KaroSnip support is not an emergency service.

Account and privacy

Use the Account page to revoke sessions or permanently delete the account and every hosted share. For access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion questions, email support from the account address where possible.

What to include

• The request ID shown in an error response.
• A share ID or report ID, if available. A share ID is not the public bearer token.
• Karo and macOS versions, and a concise description of what happened.
• Never send magic links, device codes, session tokens, API tokens, R2 signatures, or other credentials.
